Cara & Clif
Cara is the owner of A Southern Soiree, an event planning company in Raleigh, NC. While working on a wedding, she caught the eye of Clif, who was a groomsman (apparently with plans of his own). They began dating and fell in love. Once the two were engaged, Cara knew instantly that she wanted Raleigh photographer Shane Snider to take their engagement photos. Cara had worked with Shane before, and she knew that his easygoing personality and spontaneous style were just what she was looking for.
In spite of a tight schedule on the day of the shoot, Shane made some wonderful images of the couple. “They were really fun to work with,” Shane explained. “Cara told me Clif was a little nervous about the shoot, but he was a natural.” They shot in and around the historic The Riverboat Landing, a restaurant on the banks of the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, which has nine cute little balconies that make an excellent location for any engagement shoot!
The couple are planning a Mississippi wedding next April, and Shane will be there!
