Andreas Feusi is an award-winning wedding photojournalist in Switzerland, so I knew right off the bat when I checked out his blog that I would find something I liked. What I found was Alexandra & Reto’s wedding in Cham, Switzerland. Their wedding photos aren’t staged or sugarcoated – they’re real, and that’s what I love.

When I asked Andreas to tell me a little bit more about the couple, I realized why he was able to capture such unique images. “Alexandra and Reto are a very uncomplicated couple. I met them more than a half a year ago, also booked me a long time ago. They just said to me, we want special pictures and WE DO NOT LIKE posing in front of a camera. I like those couples. This gives me the ability to take very romantic and intimate pictures with real emotions and feelings…”
Alexandra & Reto had a beautiful May wedding, complete with a Jaguar (and chauffeur), a balloon release, and some seriously stunning portraits against the Swiss landscape. Andreas shot with Alexandra & Reto all over the oldtown of Zug, Switzerland before cruising in the Jaguar to their ceremony in Cham. Talk about riding in style!
